Our Quality Assurance / Quality Control Policy :

Moisture content of material is tested at the beginning of each day’s production and the mix design is adjusted accordingly (also done each time after rain fall).

Sieve analysis is done on a weekly basis and adjustments are made to the mix design if necessary, provided that the material source remains constant. However, if the materials source changes, sieve analysis is done immediately and adjustments are made accordingly.

Silt and organic test are done every afternoon and the results are checked the following morning . Adjustments are made to the mix accordingly. Test samples are taken from the stock pile area where materials are being used from .

L.A. abrasion test and absorption test are done monthly and adjustments are made accordingly, providing materials source remains constant. If it changes, the test is re-done and adjustments are made accordingly.

Concrete test samples are taken randomly at the plant for every job. This consists of a slump test and three test samples for crushing. One sample is crushed at three days, one at seven days and the third at twenty-eight days.

The results of the Concrete test are used to monitor the mix design performance and adjustments are made if necessary .
